Information and Communication System Rules of Use

These Rules define how Users may work with the TAS Insurance Group information and communication system (ICS).

1. Service usage rules

• The User must provide accurate data about themselves, the vehicle, and other details required to issue a policy.
• It is prohibited to use the ICS for fraudulent actions, unauthorized access, or interference with service operation.
• OTP codes must not be shared with third parties.

2. Issuance procedure

• The User selects an insurance product, fills in form fields, and reviews the draft contract (offer).
• To complete issuance, the User confirms the action with an OTP.
• After confirmation, the User receives a payment link and related documents for the selected product.

3. Technical requirements

• For proper ICS operation, up-to-date browser versions are recommended.
• In case of a technical error, the User may retry later or contact support.

4. Restrictions

• TAS Insurance Group may temporarily restrict access to the ICS for maintenance or in case of violations.
• Data provided in violation of these Rules may result in refusal to continue online issuance.

5. Final provisions

• Using the ICS means the User agrees to these Rules.
• Matters not covered by these Rules are governed by applicable laws of Ukraine.
