Information and Communication System Usage Policy

This Policy defines the general terms for using the TAS Insurance Group website information and communication system (ICS), through which users can apply for insurance products online.

1. General provisions

• The ICS is intended for application submission, premium calculation, contract signing, and payment.
• The ICS may be used only in compliance with applicable laws of Ukraine and this Policy.
• By continuing to use the ICS, the User confirms they have reviewed this Policy.

2. Access conditions

• To issue an insurance contract, the User must provide accurate personal and contact details.
• Actions in the system are confirmed with a one-time password (OTP) sent to email and/or phone.
• The User is responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the provided information.

3. Security and data protection

• The website applies organizational and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access.
• User data is processed only to the extent required to provide insurance services and comply with legal obligations.
• If suspicious activity is detected, access to the ICS may be temporarily restricted until clarification.

4. Electronic interaction

• Electronic documents and notifications have legal effect under the laws of Ukraine.
• Entering an OTP during contract issuance is treated as confirmation of the User's intent.
• The User agrees to receive service notifications regarding contract and payment status.

5. Liability of the parties

• The User is responsible for the lawful use of their own contact details.
• TAS Insurance Group is not liable for failures caused by factors outside the ICS operation (communication outages, provider failures, device limitations).

6. Policy updates

• TAS Insurance Group may update this Policy unilaterally.
• The current version is always available on this page.
